Long before Ali White ever got interested in real estate, she was known for being the person behind the scenes, making everything come together. For over 20 years, she built and ran a million-dollar event planning business where timelines were tight, expectations were high, and every detail mattered. She became known for her ability to anticipate problems before they happened, pull together moving pieces with precision, and create something that felt effortless on the surface.
But outside of that world, something else was taking shape. Her “Jill of all trades” energy could not be contained to one industry, and she began exploring other ventures that aligned with her interests.
What began as renovating older homes and managing rentals quickly turned into something bigger. One project turned into many, and before she knew it, Ali had 45 home flips, multiple investment properties, and eventually, four thoughtfully designed vacation rentals under her belt alongside her husband.
In 2017, Ali took the next step and entered real estate full-time – a natural extension of everything she already knew how to do: presentation, timing, negotiation, and vision. She utilized those skills with her clients with ease, helping connect people meaningfully, strategize and prepare, and bring properties to life in a way that resonated.

Ali’s approach is rooted in listening closely, building trust, and fostering alignment from the start. Whether she’s helping a seller position their home for maximum value or guiding an investor through a strategic purchase, her role is equal parts advisor, problem-solver, and advocate.

Replacing uncertainty with strategy, turning what can feel overwhelming into something clear, organized, and ultimately successful.
Because for her, real estate isn’t just about buying or selling a home. Her ability to see possibilities where others see obstacles has made her a real estate powerhouse – and a little bit of a MacGyver at times!
And just like with her event-planning business, she brings that same mindset to every home sale or purchase – treating it as a major event by carefully planning each step, ensuring a seamless process, and adding a splash of marketing expertise to maximize results.

Based in Connecticut for over two decades, Ali works with clients across Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island. She proudly serves areas such as Glastonbury, Rocky Hill, South Windsor, Wethersfield, East Hampton, West Hartford, and more.
Outside of real estate, Ali is a mom of three, a boating enthusiast, and a spin class regular. Her vibrant personality lends itself to her “work hard, play hard” mentality – she loves spending time with family and friends and is never one to pass up live music!
